A little bit about me, but first CONGRATULATIONS Momma!

My name is Ashley, and I have a daughter named Kathryn who gave me my title, “Momma.” She is my inspiration for Kathryn’s Keepsake Ultrasound! While I was pregnant, I went to a clinic similar to the one I’ve created. It was by far the best experience during my pregnancy! I loved it so much; I’ve decided this was an experience I wanted to provide for other expectant mothers!

Since I was already in the medical imaging field training into ultrasound was something, I had access to! Thankfully with the help and guidance of a few sonographers and an excelled class I was able to get the training necessary for success while keeping my patients safe. My education is in Radiologic Science, and I still enjoy picking up a few shifts at the hospital!

Why I decided to go to an elective ultrasound appointment. Well for my first ultrasound I was extremely excited. That quickly changed to the worst day of my life when they told me some devastating news, which thankfully turned out to be incorrect. However, that experience still made me dread going to all my diagnostic ultrasound appointments in the future.

The non-diagnostic/elective scan gave me a chance to actually enjoy seeing my baby on the big screen. I hope to give you that same incredible experience so that you can have more precious memories to look back on your amazing journey.
